Butter Cream Icing:

Ingredients

• 1 lb powdered sugar (1 1/2 cups)
• 3 Tbsp butter, soft
• 1/4 cup milk or so
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together powdered sugar, butter, milk and vanilla….add more milk if necessary. Beat until smooth, but stiff. Separate into portions and add food coloring to each if desired.
