Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable pulp
  • 1/2 cup ground golden flax seeds
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. cumin
  • 1 tbsp. turmeric
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce
  • Water if necessary

Preparation

Step 1

Simply mix by hand and then spread evenly on a dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate at 110F for a few hours, slice into cracker shapes and flip over to dehydrate until it reaches your desired crispiness.
