  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 large pkg cherry or raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 can (16 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Pour boiling water on gelatin in large bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in cranberry sauce and crushed pineapple. Refrigerate until thickened slightly but not set.

Stir in apple and nuts. Pour into a five-cup mold. Refrigerate until firm, at least 4 hours.

Cover and refrigerate no longer than 3 days.
