Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 (26 oz,) jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Place the cooked noodles in the bottom of a large baking dish. Beat the cream cheese and sour cream together and spread over the noodles. Brown meat, drain and add to the spaghetti sauce. Pour the meat over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
