Ingredients
- 10 ounces soy sauce
- garlic powder, to taste (I use about 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- chicken wings*(see note)
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Place wings in a large plastic bag or container and pour marinade over them. They should marinate for several hours, preferably overnight. When ready to cook, place wings in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan. You can pour a little bit of the marinade in the pan also; discard the remaining marinade. Bake at 350° for about 55 minutes to an hour, turning once about halfway through.
(*Note: I use the ingredient amounts above for 2 bags of wings. If I only cook 1 bag or less of wings then I decrease the ingredient amounts or use half the amounts. Also the amount of baking time varies, depending on the size of the wings, and may only take 45 minutes to cook.)
