Blonde Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 stick of butter, melted
• 3 eggs
• 1 box confectioners sugar
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 t vanilla
• 1/2 C walnuts chopped, optional

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix cake mix, butter and 2 eggs. Will be very thick. Spread in 9 x 13 pan.

2. Cream together cream cheese, 1 egg, sugar and vanilla. Pour and spread over cake mixture. Sprinkle with nuts and bake at 350 deg for 35-45 mnins.

3. Cool to room temp. before cutting, 3-4 hours.
