Ingredients

    eggs beaten slightly

  • 2

    c. grated cheddar cheese

  • 1/4

    c. butter

  • 1

    c. light cream (I used half ‘n half)

  • 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • 1/4

    tsp. pepper

  • 2

    tsp. mustard

Directions

Mix everything, saving half of the grated cheese for the top. Pour into a 9X13 pan (or equivalent), sprayed with Pam. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. (To double recipe, bake in a 4-quart pan and bake longer.)
