Ingredients
- 12 eggs beaten slightly
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. light cream (I used half ‘n half)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Mix everything, saving half of the grated cheese for the top. Pour into a 9X13 pan (or equivalent), sprayed with Pam. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
(To double recipe, bake in a 4-quart pan and bake longer.)
