Richard Blais' Lamb Burger

Ingredients

  • 80/20 . 4 each 5oz ground lamb 80/20. 4 each 5oz
  • 1 cupgoat cheese
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation

Step 1

1.Form ground lamb into patties and season with salt and pepper.

2.Chop dill and combine with greek yogurt and juice of lemon in a small mixing bowl.

3. Slice red onion and cucumber and combine. season with salt and pepper.

4.Spread yogurt with dill onto bun, place arugula on bun.

5.Melt goat cheese onto patty and top with cucumber red onion mix.
