Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 pounds sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
- 1/3 cup bourbon (optional) I left this out for us, Abby doesn’t like the taste
- 1/4 cup orange juice (use 1/2 cup if not using bourbon)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, ground ginger, and nutmeg)
- 3/4 cup pecan halves

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together everything except pecans.
Pour into greased (PAM) 2 ½ quart casserole.
Arrange pecans around edges in a border.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
