Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fat-free chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 tablespoons ginger root, minced
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1/4 cabbage, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute garlic-onion in broth and oil 5 mins.
2. Add carrot-pepper. Saute 10 mins.
3. Add broccoli-honey. Cook 3 mins. Season. Spoon over rice.
