Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups cubed peeled potatoes
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 4 cups water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef and drain. Add potatoes, onion and tomato sauce. Stir in water, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and soup has thickened.
