Avocado Tuna Salad

  • 1 6 oz can of tuna packed in water, drained
  • 1 very ripe avocado, diced
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp roasted pecans
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • sea salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder, to taste



Step 1

1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and season to your liking. Serve on hearty bread with thick slices of tomato for a quick lunch. and you

2. If you want to prepare this tuna salad in advance, be sure to cover with plastic wrap on the surface of the salad to avoid it turning brown.
