Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 12 mini graham cracker crusts
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup confectionery sugar
  • 1 chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup of non-dairy creamer
  • 1 8oz. riches whip

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine confectionery sugar and peanut butter in a bowl, set aside.
2. Combine the pudding and creamer in mixer for 2 minutes. Set aside.
3. Whip up the whip till stiff.
4. To assemble:Put 3/4 of the peanut butter mixture on bottom of the crusts, then add the pudding mixture, freeze for 1 hour. Place the whip on top then sprinkle on the rest of the peanut butter mixture. Freeze until ready to eat.
