Summer macaroni salad

Ingredients
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp celery seeds
- 4 c cooked macaroni
- 3 1/2 oz chopped celery
- 3/4 c chopped carrots
- 2 oz sliced radishes
- 3 Tbs chopped pimento stuffed green olives
- 3 Tbs chopped red bell pepper
- 5 Tbs chopped scallions
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Put the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and celery seeds in a small mixing bowl. Beat with a fork or an electric mixer until well blended.
Put the macaroni in a large serving bowl and add the mayonnaise mixture. Toss until the macaroni is well coated. Add the celery, carrots, radishes, olives, red peppers, scallions and parsley. Toss well. Add the salt and pepper. Toss lightly.
Cover the bowl and chill for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from the refrigerator and serve.
