Ingredients
- 2 green peppers,quarted and halved
- 1 large onion,quarted and sliced crosswise
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 beef cubed steaks
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hot water
Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet saute peppers and onion in oil until lightly browned.Cover and cook over very low heat about 10 minutes,or until peppers are tender.Transfer to warm dish and cover with foil.Brush both sides of steak with soy sauce and brown in skillet,about 2 minutes on each side.Remove to hot plater and arrange peppers and onion on each steak.Add the water to skillet and heat a few seconds,scraping brown particles from bottom.Drizzle over steaks and serve immedialely.
