Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup butter substitute, unsalted, melted
- 1 cup sugar substitute
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups rhubarb
- Sauce
- 1 cup sugar substitute
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
1.Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.Mix flour, oatmeal, light brown sugar, and butter substitute until crumbly.
3.Press half of the mixture into greased nine inch pan.
4.Add rhubard and cut in 1/2 inch pieces.
5.Pour sauce over rhubarb.
6.Top with other half crumb mixture.
7.Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Sauce
1.Combine sugar substitue, cornstarch, water, and vanilla.
2.Cook until thick and clear.
