French Toast Filling

I saw this on a spot during one of the morning shows (I can't remember which one). it looked so delicious I thought I would try it.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package of cream cheese
  • 3 TBS. Jelly/Jam of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the cream cheese and the jelly or jam. The mixture does now have to be perfectly smooth.

Put the mixture in the slit of a thick peice of bread. Dredge in egg mixture; fry on grill/skillet until golden brown.

serve with syrup.
