Ingredients

  • 2 oz chicken,diced
  • 3-4 broccoli florets,trimmed
  • 2 eggs
  • salt pepper
  • 1 oz low-fat cheddar shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Saute the chicken.When it is almost done add broccoli. Add eggs and continue cooking until done.Season with
salt,pepper and top with cheese
