Cut-Out Cookie Dough

Ingredients

• 1 cup soft butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 cups sifter flour
• 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Mix in flour and salt until well blended. Roll dough on floured board 1/8 inch thick. Cut and shape as desired. Bake 350 degrees 12 to 18 minutes.

Top with colored sugar or ice as desired.
