A great fall burger!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Sweet Potato, cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 1/2 Sweet Potato, sliced as thinly as possible on mandolin
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Cheddar Cheese, sliced
  • 4 Hamburger Buns

Preparation

Step 1

Boil the sweet potato cubes until done

Drizzle the sweet potato slices with olive oil and season with salt. Bake at 350 degrees, until crispy

Mix the ground beef, sweet potato cubes, worchestershire sauce, and cinnamon together, until evenly mixed. Form into four equal patties

Grill the patties on medium-high heat to medium-well. Add the cheddar cheese slices before removing from the grill to melt them to the burgers

Pile the sweet potato chips on the patties
