  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup finley chopped green onions
  • 12 slices white bread, trimmed and lightly toasted



Step 1

1. Combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and green onions.Can be prepared a day ahead-cover and chill
2. Spread 1 heaping tsp of mayonnaise mixture on each bread square, cut into 4 long slices
3. Place on a baking sheet and broil to lightly brown- 2-3 minutes
4. Serve immediately
