Chicken and Peppers

Ingredients

  • boneless chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic
  • paprika
  • canned green chili or fresh peppers
  • pepper jack and Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup

Preparation

Step 1

Slice chicken breasts in half. Season with salt and pepper, garlic, and paprika.

Put some cheeses, peppers inside the chicken, roll up with toothpicks or just lay the breasts on top of each other. Put remaining cheese on top and put in oven on 400 degrees for about a half hour, then when cheese is brown, and bubbling, pour cream of chicken soup over it. Then cook for about twenty minutes until the chicken soup is bubbling.

Serve with either noodles or white rice, and green beans.
