Ingredients
- 70 round buttery crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 6 oz. can frozen lemonade, thawed
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 16 oz. whipped topping
- 1-1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine crackers, butter and powdered sugar together. Reserve 2/3 cup for topping. Press remaining mixture into an ungreased 13" x 9" baking pan. In a separate bowl, combine lemonade, milk, whipped topping and lemon juice. Spread over crust. Top with remaining cracker mixture. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Make 14 - 16 servings.
