  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs fresh asparagus- tough ends trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 lb chicken tenders cut into bite sized pieces
  • 4 scallions, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1/4 cup shelled salted pistachios coarsley choppped

Step 1

heat oil in wok or large skillet. add the asparagus; cook, stirring for 2 minutes. add chicken; cook stirring 4 minutes. stir in scallions, ginger, oyster sauce and chili garlic sauce; cook, stirring, until chicken is juicy and just cooked through, 1 -2 minbutes more. stir in the pistachios and serve immediately
