Ingredients
- 1head1 head of broccoli
- 6-8slices6-8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2cup1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2cup1/2 cup raisins, optional
- 8oz8 oz cheddae, cut into very small chunks
- 1cup1 cup mayo
- 2tbsp2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4cup1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2cup1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
trim off the large leaves from the broccol stems. remove the tough stalk at the end and wash the broccoli head thoroughly. cut into flowerets and the stem into bite sized pieces. place in a large bowl. add crumbled bacon, onions,raisins,and cheese. in a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients, stirring well. add to broccoli mixture and toss gently
