Ingredients
- 6 potatoes (cubed)
- 4 large carrots (diced)
- 4 stalks celery (sliced)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 6 cups water
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 4 cups milk
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch (mixed with water)
- 3 cups corn (we use frozen)
- Chicken (cut up) (how ever much you have on hand)
- 1/2 bot velveeta cheese

Preparation
Step 1
-Boil first 7 ingredients until veggies are tender.
-Add milk, corn and chicken.
-Thicken with cornstarch and water.
-Put in cheese.
-Simmer.
