Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 C sugar
- pinch salt
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/2 pint cream, whipped
- graham cracker crust
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream together cheese, sugar and salt. Add egg yolks and beat well.
2. Beat egg whites til stiff and fold into creamed mixture. Fold in whipped cream and pour batter into baked crust. (Can use half recipe of graham cracker crust into 9 in square pan. Bake crust 8 minutes.)
3. Freeze til firm. Serve topped with fruit.
