Easy Cheesy Bacon Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (15 oz) pkg. refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbed
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg. shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1/2 tea. salt
  • 1/2 tea. pepper
  • Garnish: Chopped bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Fit pie crust into a 9" pie plate, crimping edges as desired. Bake crust 5 minutes. Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over crust.

In a small bowl, whisk eggs and half-and-half together. Whisk in salt and ppper. Pour over cheese.

Bake 40 minutes or until chenter is set.

cut into wedges to serve.

Garnish with chopped cooked bacon, if desired.
