Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 - 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms (opt.)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- Mozzerella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and onion. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano.
In 9 x 13 pan combine egg noddles, tomato sauce, water and mushrooms. Pour meat mixture on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle with Mozzerella cheese and bake until cheese melts.
