Grilled Chicken

My daughter loves this chicken. We keep a bag of it in the fridge at all time, and the chicken develops more flavor the longer it sits (up to 3 days)

Ingredients

  • 4 large cloves garlice, chop
  • juice 2 limes
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • handful minced fresh basil
  • 1/2 t coarse salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 3 strips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except chicken in zip top bag. Add chicken, seal bag & refridge 4 hours to 3 days.

Heat grill to medium-high. Place chicken strips on grill rack and cook until done 6-10 min.
