Salmon Burgers

  • 1 cup broken herb seasoned crackers
  • 1 lb. skinless, boneless salmon fillets, cut into 2 in. pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbs. Dijon style or honey mustard
  • 4 Ciabatta buns split
  • sliced avocado, and green onions



Step 1

process crackers to coarsely ground
add half salmon, egg, 1 Tbs. of mustard
process till thoroughly combined
add remaining salmon
pulse till coarsely chopped
with damp hands shape mix into 1/2" thick patties
brush lightly with olive oil
grill directly on a greased grill rack over med. heat
3 min. per side
grill buns cut side down last 2-3 min.
serve with avocado and onions
makes 4
