Chocolate Icing

Ingredients

  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsps. water

Preparation

Step 1

In small saucepan, place chocolate, sugar and water. Let boil for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly. Cream 1/4 lb. butter or margarine. Add chocolate mixture and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat until spreading consistency.
