Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

• 3 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 C butter
• 1 lb. box confectioner sugar
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 C nuts, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream butter and cheese. Add sugar gradually, beat well. Beat in vanilla. Add nuts and spread on cooled cake.
