Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Finely chop the garlic in a food processor.
2. Add the peppers and blend until smooth.
3. Blend in the mayonnaise.
4. With the machine running, blend in the oil.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
