Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup kraft grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 4 low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese slices
- 2 cups torm romaine lettuce
- 6 Tbsp. kraft classic ceasar dressing, divided
- 4 hamburger buns
Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix meat, garlic and 3 Tbsp. parmesan, shape into 4 patties.
Grill 6 min. on each side or until done. Top with mozzarella; grill 1 min or until melted.
Toss lettuce with 2 Tbsp. dressing and remaining Parmesan. Fill buns with lettuce mixture, burgers and remaining dressing.
