7-Up Cake

Ingredients

• 1-1/4 cups butter or margarine
• 3 cups sugar
• 5 eggs
• 3 cups flour
• 2 tsp. lemon extract
• 3/4 cup 7-Up

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease and flour tube pan and set aside.
2. Cream sugar and butter or margarine until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
3. Add flour, lemon extract and 7 Up. Place in prepared pan.
4. Bake approximately 1-1/4 hours. Cool on wire rack.
