Sweet and Sour Chicken by Aunt Nancy

Ingredients

  • 2 whole chickens or 8-10 breasts
  • 1 jar apricot preserves
  • 1 bottle Russian Dressing
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Put chicken breasts in Pyrex dish with a little water. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Then pour water and fat off. Mix sauce together and pour over chicken. Bake 15-20 minutes more.
