Ingredients
- 1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 3 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients, and chill well before serving. If necessary, add more water to thin the sauce.
