  • 1 loaf of white bread
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp sage
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 tsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Tear bread into pieces. Melt butter. Mix together with broth and seasonings. Add onion and celery. Pour over bread and mix well. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

For crispier stuffing, bake uncovered for the last 15-20 minutes.
