    loaf of white bread

  • 1/2

    onion

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • 1/2

    tsp pepper

  • 1 1/2

    tsp sage

  • 2

    tsp poultry seasoning

  • 4

    stalks celery

  • 2

    cups chicken broth

  • 4

    tsp butter

Directions

Tear bread into pieces. Melt butter. Mix together with broth and seasonings. Add onion and celery. Pour over bread and mix well. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. For crispier stuffing, bake uncovered for the last 15-20 minutes.
