    oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2

    cup sugar

  • 1/2

    teaspoon vanilla

    cup frozen raspberries well drained and thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 In med bow beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs on at a time until well blended. Fold in raspberries, reserving a few for garnish. Place in crust on baking sheet. Fill with raspberry mixture. Bake for 35 minutes. Cool completely and chill. Glaze: Combine 1 teaspoon margarine, 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, 1/4 cup powered sugar, 1 teaspoon dark corn syrup and 2 teaspoon boiling water over low heat until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over chilled cheesecake and chill for 3 hours. Garnish with reserved raspberries.
