Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) bag corkscrew pasta, cooked according to directions
  • 2 (4.25 oz) cans ripe olives, sliced or chopped
  • 1/2 cup green olives, chopped
  • 1 red or yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh broccoli, chopped in small pieces
  • 1 ear fresh corn, cut off the cob
  • 12 cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (16 oz) bottle fat-free Italian dressing

Step 1

Toss pasta with all vegetables. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian dressing. Chill for several hours before serving.
