Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups orange juice
- 4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve the sugar in the orange juice and bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Add the cranberries and simmer, covered, until the berries pop, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside. Allow to cool in the pot completely before lifting the lid. This will keep in the refrigerator in a tightly covered container for up to 7 days.
