Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 chopped peanuts
  • 4 squares baker semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)
  • 4 scoops of ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

melt butter in small saucepan on low heat.
add nuts cook and stir 1 minute or until lightly toasted.
remove from heat and add chocolate stir until melted, return to heat briefly to melt fully.
pour over scoops of ice cream
