Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • For about 5 potatoes use:
  • 1 large potato for each person plus 1 for the pot
  • celery
  • onions
  • hard boiled eggs
  • Paprika
  • Parsley
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp juice from sweet pickles
  • salt and pepper or vinegar and sugar, Taste it!

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes, do ot over cook
Slice potatoes, add celery and onions chopped finely,
add mayonaise and stir.
When finished add sliced hard boiled eggs and fold in gently.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Garnish with parsley
