  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c chopped fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 red bell pepper,roasted
  • 1 oz mozzarella shredded
  • salt pepper
  • 1 10" whole wheat low-carb tortilla

Step 1

Scramble the eggs in pan.When they're
almost done,add the spinach,pepper,and cheese,season.When the cheese has melted,wrap in a burrito
