Ingredients
- 2 lbs baking potatoes
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 tsp seasoning of your choice, like Emeril's
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat large baking sheet with cooking spray.
Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1" thick wedges; transfer to large bowl.
Drizzle oil and sprinkle with seasoning and salt over potatoes; toss until coated. Arrange potatoes in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake, without turning, until tender and golden brown, 40 - 45 minutes.
