  • 2/3 C. milk
  • 2 Tbs. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients. Brown in oil. Add 1/2 C hot water. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
