Ingredients
- Peanut Sauce
- 3 TBSP peanut butter
- 2 TBSP soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves minces and ground into paste
- 1 TBSP fresh lime juice
- 1 TBSP water
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sriacha sauce
- Chicken Salad
- 6 oz cooked boneless chicken, skinless, cut in bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli slaw mix
- 2 TBSP dry-roasted unsalted peanuts, crushed
- 8 large Bibb lettuce leaes

Step 1
Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, water, honey, fish sauce and Sriacha for the sauce in a small bowl.
Toss chicken , slaw mix, and peanuts with peanut sauce; chill, covered until needed. To serve, divided salad among lettuce leaves.
