Tilapia Fish Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. chili powder
- 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
- 1 t. ground cumin
- Juice of 4 limes
- Salt and pepper
- 16 oz. tilapia, cut into bite sized strips
- 3 T. olive oil
- 6 (6 inch) soft corn tortillas
- 1 C. shredded cheddar and Jack cheese mix
- 1 C. pico de gallo
- 1/2 C. chopped cilantro
- Salsa (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
In a glass bowl, combine garlic and chili powder, cayenne, cumin, and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and mix well. Marinate fish in mixture for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Drain fish.
Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium heat.
Saute fish 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, heat another large saute pan over medium heat.
Warm each of the tortillas, 1 minute each on each side.
Evenly distribute the cheese, sauteed fish, picco de gallo, and cilantro on each of the tortillas.
Serve with salsa if desired.
